Most events proceed as planned, but sometimes circumstances change.
This section explains how refunds work, who is responsible for approving refund requests and what happens when events are cancelled, postponed or significantly changed.
For most events, refund decisions are made by the organiser in accordance with their stated refund policy. Gigstarters only processes refunds directly when a confirmed event is cancelled.
