During the Campaign stage, supporters can reserve tickets by making bookings.

These bookings help determine whether your Campaign reaches its ticket goal and becomes a confirmed Event.

Supporters are not charged immediately when booking a Campaign.

Instead:

• Bookings are recorded.
• Payment details are securely stored by Stripe.
• Supporters are only charged if the Campaign confirms.

If your Campaign reaches its ticket goal:

• Payment collection begins.
• Tickets are issued to successfully charged supporters.
• The Campaign becomes a confirmed Event.

If your Campaign does not reach its ticket goal:

• Supporters are not charged.
• No tickets are issued.
• The Campaign closes automatically.

You can monitor booking activity from your Campaign dashboard throughout the Campaign period.
