Gigstarters uses QR code-based check-in to help organisers manage attendance quickly and accurately.

To begin checking attendees in:

1. Log in to your organiser dashboard.
2. Open the relevant event.
3. Select Check-In.
4. Share the check-in link with your ushers or event staff.
5. Open the link on any mobile device.

Once opened, the device camera will launch automatically and is ready to scan attendee tickets.

When a valid ticket is scanned:

• The attendee is checked in instantly.
• Attendance records update automatically.
• The ticket status changes to Used.
• The same ticket cannot be checked in again.

Check-in activity is reflected on your organiser dashboard in real time.

For the smoothest experience, encourage attendees to have their tickets ready before reaching the entrance.
