Tickets are issued after a successful payment has been processed.

For Campaign bookings:

• The Campaign must first confirm.
• Payment must then be successfully collected.
• Tickets are issued once payment succeeds.

For supporters whose payments fail initially, tickets will only be issued after the payment issue has been resolved and payment has been successfully processed.

Tickets are never issued for unpaid bookings.
