There are several reasons why a payout may not yet be available.

Common reasons include:

• The event has not yet concluded.
• Stripe is still processing the payout.
• Banking processing times.
• Public holidays or weekends.
• Additional verification requirements requested by Stripe.

In most cases, delayed payouts are the result of normal processing timelines rather than a problem with your account.

If your payout has not arrived as expected, we recommend:

1. Reviewing your organiser dashboard for any payout updates.
2. Checking for notifications from Gigstarters or Stripe.
3. Confirming that your Stripe account information is up to date.
