The event time fields become locked after publishing and cannot be edited through the organiser dashboard.

However, organisers retain reasonable flexibility over their event programming.

For example, if your event is listed as:

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

You may still choose to:

• Open doors slightly later
• Adjust the running order
• Make minor programme changes
• Shift activities within the published event window

For significant schedule changes, we recommend updating your event description and informing supporters in advance.

Sending a reminder email with the final schedule before the event is considered good practice and helps reduce confusion on event day.
