How do ticket goals work?

The ticket goal is the minimum number of tickets an organiser needs to sell before the event can proceed.

Every booking helps move the campaign closer to its goal.

For example, if an organiser sets a ticket goal of 100 tickets:

  • The event confirms once 100 tickets are booked
  • Supporters are charged after confirmation
  • Tickets are issued automatically

Ticket goals help organisers understand whether there is enough demand to run the event successfully.
