What if I can’t access my Gigstarters account on event day?
If you cannot access your account:
- Try locating your ticket confirmation email.
- Retrieve your ticket ID if you have previously saved it.
- Contact event staff for assistance.
If you can provide your ticket ID, organisers can manually verify your ticket and complete your check-in.
