Yes. You can pause or resume the sale of any ticket type or add-on at any time before your event concludes.

When a ticket type or add-on is paused, it remains visible on your event page, including its name, price and description. However, supporters will no longer be able to purchase it until you resume sales.

Pausing sales does not affect existing bookings. You are still responsible for honouring all tickets and add-ons that were purchased before the sale was paused.

You can resume sales at any time if you wish to make the ticket type or add-on available again, provided your event has not yet concluded.
