If you no longer wish to use Gigstarters, you can submit an Account Closure Request.

Before your account can be closed, Gigstarters will review your account to ensure there are no outstanding bookings, payments, refunds or other matters that need to be resolved.

Before submitting your request

Please ensure that:

• You do not have any upcoming confirmed Events that you have booked tickets for.
• Any outstanding payment or refund matters have been resolved where possible.
• Any open enquiries or support requests have been addressed.

If there are outstanding matters linked to your account, we may contact you to discuss the next steps before your account can be closed.

Once your supporter account has been closed, it may not be possible to restore your account history, bookings or rewards progress.

If you wish to use Gigstarters again in the future, you may need to create a new supporter account.
