If the event is still available and tickets have not sold out, you can simply make a new booking through the event page.

However, Gigstarters cannot guarantee that:

• The same ticket type will still be available.
• The original price will still apply.
• The event will still have remaining capacity.

For this reason, it is always best to resolve payment issues as soon as possible.
