Unused add-ons are not automatically refunded.

If you forget to redeem an add-on, any available options will depend on:

• The organiser’s policies
• The nature of the add-on
• Whether fulfilment is still possible after the event

If you miss a redemption, contact the organiser directly to discuss available options.
