If you supported a campaign that has not yet confirmed, this is completely normal.

Gigstarters does not charge supporters when they reserve tickets for a campaign.

Instead, your payment method is securely stored so payment can be processed later if the event confirms.

You will only be charged if the campaign reaches its ticket goal and becomes a confirmed event.

If the event is still in the campaign phase, no payment will be collected.
