If an organiser offers add-ons, you can select them during checkout together with your tickets.

Add-ons cannot be booked on their own and must always be purchased as part of a ticket booking.

Examples of add-ons may include:

• Merchandise
• Food and beverage packages
• Meet-and-greet experiences
• Workshops
• Event upgrades

If the event confirms, your add-ons will be processed together with your ticket purchase.

If the campaign does not confirm, the add-ons are cancelled automatically and no payment is collected.
