If a supporter’s payment cannot be processed after your Campaign confirms, Gigstarters will attempt to recover the payment.

The supporter will receive notifications asking them to update or correct their payment method.

During this process:

• The booking remains associated with the supporter.
• Tickets are not issued until payment is successful.
• The supporter is given time to resolve the issue.

If payment is ultimately not recovered:

• The booking is cancelled.
• No payment is collected.
• No ticket is issued.
• The supporter loses access to the booking.

If a payment remains unsuccessful after all attempts, the booking is automatically cancelled, and the update will reflect on your dashboard.
