Organisers are responsible for refunds relating to their Events.

Where a refund is approved or required, the refund amount and any associated costs may be deducted from future payouts, Credit Balances or other amounts associated with the organiser account.

Specific refund rules are governed by the applicable Gigstarters policies and agreements.
