If a campaign reaches its end date without meeting its ticket goal, the event does not proceed.

In this situation:

• No payment is collected.
• Your booking is automatically cancelled.
• Any add-ons attached to the booking are also cancelled.
• You will receive an email notifying you that the campaign did not confirm.

Because supporters are only charged when a campaign confirms, there is nothing you need to do if a campaign does not reach its goal.

Many organisers choose to relaunch events with revised dates, goals or formats. If an organiser launches a new campaign, you are welcome to support it again if you are still interested in attending.
