Some add-ons involve fulfilment or organiser costs that may be incurred before the event takes place.

Examples may include:

• Merchandise
• Food and beverage packages
• Hospitality products
• Personalised items
• Premium upgrades
• Other add-ons requiring preparation, procurement or allocation

Because these costs may already have been incurred, some add-ons may remain non-refundable even where a ticket refund is approved.
