Where amounts are owed to Gigstarters, the platform may offset, deduct or recover those amounts from:
- Future payouts
- Credit Balances
- Amounts otherwise payable to the organiser
This helps ensure that outstanding fees, refunds, chargebacks and other account obligations can be resolved efficiently.
