What happens when a QR code is scanned?
When a valid ticket is scanned:
- The attendee is checked in.
- The QR code is marked as used.
- Attendance records update immediately.
- The same QR code can no longer be used again.
This helps prevent duplicate entry and ensures accurate attendance tracking.
