If Stripe is unable to approve your account, it will usually explain what information is missing or what needs to be corrected.

In most cases, you can resolve the issue by logging back into your Stripe account and updating the requested information.

Gigstarters doesn’t review or approve Stripe accounts, so any verification requirements must be completed directly through Stripe before you’ll be able to publish gigs or receive payouts.

If Stripe has confirmed that your account has been approved but your Gigstarters account hasn’t updated accordingly, please contact support.
