Refund requests are reviewed by the organiser and are subject to the organiser’s refund policy. Whether a refund is approved depends on factors such as:

• The organiser’s refund policy
• The circumstances of your request
• When the request is made

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
