What’s the difference between tickets and add-ons?
Tickets provide entry to an event.
Add-ons are optional extras that can be purchased alongside your ticket.
For example:
- A concert ticket grants admission to the event.
- A merchandise bundle is an add-on.
- A VIP upgrade may be an add-on.
- A drinks package may be an add-on.
Tickets and add-ons are issued separately and each receives its own QR code when applicable.
This allows organisers to manage admissions and fulfil add-ons independently during the event.
