Will I lose my add-ons if my payment fails?
Yes.
Add-ons are linked to the booking they were purchased with.
If payment cannot be successfully processed and the booking is cancelled, any associated add-ons will also be cancelled automatically.
If you later make a new booking, add-on availability will depend on remaining inventory.
