If a campaign reaches its end date without meeting its ticket goal:

• The event does not proceed
• You are not charged
• Any ticket bookings are cancelled automatically
• Any add-ons booked as part of the campaign are cancelled automatically

You’ll receive a notification letting you know that the campaign was unsuccessful.

Because no payment is collected, there is nothing to refund and no further action is required from you.
