Where can I find my ticket ID?
Your ticket ID is displayed directly on your ticket below the QR code.
You can access it by:
- Logging in to your Gigstarters account.
- Opening My Tickets.
- Selecting the relevant event.
- Opening the ticket you wish to use.
The ticket ID can be used by organisers as a backup verification method if QR code scanning is unavailable.
