What happens if my QR code doesn’t scan?
Don’t worry.
Every ticket includes a unique ticket ID displayed below the QR code.
If scanning fails, show the ticket ID to event staff.
Organisers can manually enter the ticket ID to verify your ticket and complete check-in.
For this reason, we recommend keeping both your QR code and ticket ID accessible when attending an event.
