Are booking fees refundable?
Booking fees are non-refundable.
This is because booking fees cover platform and payment processing services that are provided regardless of whether an organiser ultimately receives payout from an event.
Any exceptions will be governed by Gigstarters’ Terms of Service and applicable policies.
