Add-on QR codes become available at the same time as your event tickets.

For campaign bookings, this means your add-ons will only be issued after the event successfully confirms and payment has been collected.

If a campaign does not confirm:

• No payment is collected.
• Tickets are not issued.
• Add-ons are automatically voided.

You do not need to take any action if a campaign does not confirm.
