Tickets are issued after your payment has been successfully processed.

Once payment succeeds:

• Your tickets will appear in your Gigstarters account.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you.
• Each ticket will have its own unique QR code.
• Any add-ons included in your booking will also receive their own QR codes where applicable.

To access your tickets at any time:

1. Log in to your Gigstarters account.
2. Go to My Tickets.
3. Select the event you are attending.

Your tickets remain available in your account even if you no longer have the original email.
