The Credit Balance helps track platform-related financial activity associated with your organiser account.

Examples may include:

• Platform fees
• Refund adjustments
• Chargeback adjustments
• Administrative credits
• Administrative debits
• Manual account adjustments

The Credit Balance does not represent:

• Funds held by Stripe
• Funds available for withdrawal
• A bank account
• An e-wallet
• Stored value
• Funds held on trust

To view actual payout balances, payment activity or funds held by Stripe, please refer to your Stripe dashboard.
