If supporters have already purchased the add-on, it cannot be removed, as doing so could affect existing bookings and create inconsistencies in fulfilment records.

If you need to stop offering an add-on, you can stop further sales at any time. This prevents additional supporters from purchasing it while preserving existing bookings.

Any add-ons that have already been purchased must still be fulfilled as described, unless you have communicated an alternative arrangement with affected supporters.
