Ticket sales represent your gross revenue from ticket and add-on sales.

Your payout reflects your net earnings after applicable deductions, which may include:

Stripe processing fees
Gigstarters platform fees
Approved refunds (where applicable)

Because of these deductions, your payout amount will usually be lower than your total sales figure.
