Gigstarters may suspend an event that violate platform requirements or create risks for supporters or the platform.

Examples may include:

• Misleading event information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Regulatory concerns
• Safety concerns
• Unauthorised use of intellectual property
• Failure to comply with platform policies

During a suspension, the Event may be temporarily unavailable while Gigstarters conducts its review.

Event removal is a more serious action and may occur where Gigstarters determines that an Event violates platform requirements, creates unacceptable risks for supporters or the platform, or where concerns identified during a review cannot be satisfactorily resolved.

Suspension and removal decisions are made at Gigstarters’ discretion and may involve additional account review.
