As an organiser, you are responsible for:

• Securing venues, performers and suppliers where required
• Communicating important updates to supporters
• Managing event-day operations
• Complying with applicable laws, licences and venue requirements
• Providing accurate and truthful event information

Supporters decide whether to book based on the information you provide. Clear communication and realistic expectations help build confidence and reduce misunderstandings later.
