Once your event wraps up successfully, your organiser payout is on its way. 

Your payouts are safely processed through Stripe and go directly into your connected Stripe account, in line with our standard Organiser Terms and Policies. 

Before a payout can be released:

• The event must have taken place as scheduled.
• Any applicable holding periods must have elapsed.
• Outstanding supporter matters requiring review must be resolved.
• Your Stripe account must remain active and compliant.

In most cases, payouts are processed within 3–5 business days after the event concludes.

However, actual timing may vary depending on factors such as:

• Banking processing times
• Public holidays and weekends
• Stripe processing requirements
• Outstanding verification requirements
