What Happens When Your Campaign Confirms?

When your campaign reaches its ticket goal, your event is automatically confirmed.

Confirmation marks an important milestone. It means that enough supporters have committed to your event for it to proceed.

Once your campaign confirms:

  • Supporter payments begin processing;
  • Tickets are prepared for issuance;
  • Your event continues selling tickets unless it sells out; and
  • Your focus shifts towards preparing and delivering the event experience.

Reaching confirmation is worth celebrating, but it’s also the point at which your responsibilities as an organiser become even more important.

This is a good time to:

  • Finalise outstanding venue arrangements;
  • Review staffing and operational plans;
  • Confirm suppliers or performers;
  • Communicate important updates to supporters; and
  • Begin preparing for event day.

Confirmation is the transition from validating demand to delivering the event you’ve promised.

The work you’ve already done has brought you this far. The next stage is about ensuring supporters have a positive experience from confirmation through to event day.
