Step-by-step guides to help you create and manage your gigs
Editing Your Gig
Publishing your campaign doesn’t mean everything is set in stone.
As your campaign progresses, you may need to update details, respond to supporter questions or adapt to changing circumstances. You can update your gig after publishing, but key details supporters used to make their booking decisions are locked.
What You Can Update
The following can still be updated after your campaign has been published:
Event Information
- Event descriptions
- Venue details
- Publicity images
- YouTube video links
Tickets
- Release new inventory
- Increase ticket quantities
- Add new ticket types
Add-Ons
- Release new enhancements
- Add new add-ons
- Increase add-on quantities
Making these updates allows you to respond to demand, improve your event page and continue refining the supporter experience as your campaign evolves.
What Cannot Be Changed
Some campaign settings become locked after publishing.
These include:
- Campaign dates
- Ticket goal
- Event date and time
- Cover image
- Published ticket name, description and price
- Published add-on name, description and price
- Reducing inventory
These restrictions help ensure fairness and transparency for supporters who have already decided to support your event based on the information originally presented.
If you’re unsure about any specific change or situation, detailed guidance is available in the Help Centre.
