Your campaign progress is displayed as a progress bar on your campaign dashboard.

The progress bar shows how close your campaign is to reaching its ticket goal. As supporters book tickets, the bar fills until it reaches 100%.

Reaching 100% means your campaign has achieved the minimum number of confirmed bookings needed for the event to proceed. Once the goal is met, your event is automatically confirmed and the campaign no longer needs to collect additional bookings to proceed.

Alongside the progress bar, you can also view:

• Tickets booked
• Ticket goal
• Remaining tickets needed (if your campaign is still live)
• Sales and booking activity

Tracking your campaign progress allows you to understand how close you are to reaching your ticket goal and whether your current approach is working as intended.

Pay attention to indicators such as:

• Progress towards your ticket goal
• Booking trends over time
• The performance of different ticket types
• Supporter engagement following promotional activities
• Remaining campaign duration
