Organisers are expected to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Avoid misleading or incomplete listings
• Communicate respectfully with supporters
• Deliver events substantially as described once confirmed
• Respond to supporter concerns in a timely and professional manner

Events that consistently misrepresent information, fail to meet reasonable expectations, or disregard platform standards may be subject to review in order to maintain trust across the Gigstarters community.
