Let's build your event together

Step-by-step guides to help you create and manage your gigs

Understanding Your Organiser Dashboard

Your organiser dashboard brings together the tools you’ll use throughout the lifecycle of your gigs.

As your campaigns progress from draft to confirmation and eventually event delivery, different parts of the dashboard will become more important.

Understanding where information lives can save time and make day-to-day management much easier.

Campaigns

The Campaigns page shows all campaigns that are still working towards confirmation.

Here, you can:

  • View campaign progress
  • Monitor ticket goals
  • Access campaign-specific orders
  • Edit eligible campaign details
  • Add tickets and add-ons
  • Manage promo codes

Selecting an individual campaign opens additional tools specific to that campaign.

Events

Once a campaign confirms, it moves into your Events area.

This is where you’ll prepare for event delivery.

Within each event, you can:

  • View transactions
  • Access gig finances
  • Manage check-in
  • Monitor ticket sales
  • View supporter information
  • Review event performance

Orders

The Orders page contains a history of supporter bookings across all your gigs.

Orders represent supporter reservations and booking activity.

Some orders may later become completed transactions once supporter payments are successfully processed.

Transactions

The Transactions page records completed payment activity.

This includes:

  • Order IDs
  • Transaction IDs
  • Purchase dates
  • Supporter details
  • Charge status
  • Sale amounts

Transactions provide a financial record of successful supporter payments.

Finances

The Finances section contains two separate areas:

Credit Balance

Your Credit Balance Statement is an internal bookkeeping tool used to track platform-related credits and debits.

It does not represent:

  • funds held on trust;
  • a bank account;
  • an e-wallet;
  • funds held by Stripe.

To view actual balances or funds managed through Stripe, refer to your Stripe dashboard.

Payout History

Payout History provides a record of payouts that have been initiated through the platform.

This record is provided for reference purposes only and does not represent actual funds held by Stripe or any banking institution.

For live payout information, always refer to your Stripe dashboard.

The dashboard is designed to support you at every stage of the organiser journey. As your events evolve, you’ll naturally find yourself using different parts of it more frequently.
