Your payouts are generally released 2 days after your Event has taken place.

This allows us to:

• Verify event completion
• Review any reported issues
• Process administrative checks
• Address any outstanding concerns relating to the event

Stripe typically begins payout processing after a payout is released. Once processing begins, the actual arrival time depends on:

• Stripe processing timelines
• Bank processing times
• Public holidays
• Banking regulations

Once a payout is initiated, funds typically take 1-3 business days to appear in your bank account. For split payouts, your payout typically arrives within 1-2 business days, and your Final Payout follows in 3-5 business days. If your payout appears delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact support for assistance.
