Ticket sales represent your gross revenue from ticket and add-on sales.

Your payout reflects your net earnings after applicable deductions, which may include:

Stripe processing fees
Gigstarters platform fees
Approved refunds (where applicable)

Credit Adjustments (if any)

Because of these deductions, your payout amount may be higher or lower than your total sales figure.

You can review your sales, fees and payout information from your organiser dashboard.

Credit Balance and Adjustments & Balances

Your Credit Balance reflects adjustments carried over to your current event.

• If it is negative: This represents an outstanding platform debt—usually caused by post-payout customer refunds or dispute fees. You do not need to make a manual payment; this balance will be automatically recovered and deducted from your payouts during your next event.
• If it is positive: This represents a platform credit or incentive—usually caused by fee waivers, platform bonuses, or past positive adjustments.You do not need to take any action; this balance will be automatically added and paid out during your next event.

Credit Balance Adjustments

To keep your dashboard simple, our system automatically applies necessary credit and balance adjustments before your funds are released: 

• If your account has an outstanding negative balance, this will be automatically recovered and deducted from your current payouts.
• If your account has a positive credit balance, this will be automatically added and paid out with your current payout.

Tracking Your Funds

Your dashboard payout history is an internal tracking ledger. For a real-time look at your live account balances, transaction and payouts statuses, please log into your connected Stripe dashboard.
