If you’ve connected your Stripe account but still can’t publish your gig, your organiser account may still be under review.

How long does approval take?

In most cases, organiser accounts are approved within 1–3 business days after you’ve completed your account setup and connected Stripe.

If everything has been submitted correctly, your account may be approved even sooner.

Why is my account still being reviewed?

Occasionally, additional verification or manual checks may be required before your organiser account can be approved.

This can happen if:

• Additional information is needed.
• Your submitted documents require verification.
• Stripe or Gigstarters requires further review before enabling payouts.

If we need anything from you, we’ll contact you using the email address registered to your organiser account.

What should I do?

There’s nothing you need to do while your account is being reviewed unless we’ve contacted you to request additional information.

Once your account has been approved, you’ll be able to publish campaigns and start creating events on Gigstarters.
