After your organiser account has been approved, you’ll need to connect a Stripe account before you can receive payouts from confirmed events.

Before you begin

You’ll need:

• A Singapore bank account.
• Your Singpass account (recommended).

During account setup

After you’ve completed your organiser account details and submitted the required documents, click Set Up Payments.

You’ll be automatically redirected to Stripe to complete your Stripe Connect setup.

We recommend using Sign in with Singpass, as it’s the quickest and easiest way to complete the verification process.

You’ll also need a Singapore bank account to receive payouts from confirmed events.

If you didn’t finish your Stripe setup

If you left the setup process before connecting Stripe, you can continue at any time.

1. Log in to your Gigstarters organiser account.
2. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
3. Select Account.
4. Scroll to the Stripe Account section.
5. Click Continue Setup.
6. You’ll be redirected to Stripe to complete the remaining steps.
